COVID-19 Mandates for Assisted Living Facilities
The COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in many enforcement initiatives by regulatory agencies, such as the Office of Inspector General and the Agency for Health Care Administration. Failure to strictly follow COVID-19 Mandates for Assisted Living Facilities (“ALF”) may result in license revocation, suspension, or fines.
To assist the provider community with compliance, our firm is hosting a Webinar to discuss the following:

The Webinar will cover a review of the applicable laws, recent cases, as well as a legal perspective on these emerging issues. The COVID-19 Compliance Webinar is hosted by Daniel R. Ferrante, an Associate Attorney at the Health Law Offices of Anthony C. Vitale. As an Associate, Mr. Ferrante represents many different provider/supplier types, including ALFs facing the threat of license revocation and fines. Prior to working at the firm, Mr. Ferrante worked for three years as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office.
