Daniel R. Ferrante
(MIAMI, FL) – The Health Law Offices of Anthony C. Vitale is pleased to announce that Daniel R. Ferrante has joined the firm as an associate. Mr. Ferrante comes from the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he has worked since 2015, and also has civil practice experience.
During his time at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Ferrante prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases.
Mr. Ferrante graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law and was an active member of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board. He won the Robert Orseck Memorial Moot Court Competition conducted each year at the Florida Bar Conference. He earned his B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Florida State University.
Mr. Ferrante interned at both the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office in the felony division, as well as with the Juvenile Division of the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
“My experience has taught me how to manage a heavy caseload, while still zealously advocating on behalf clients. This acquired experience will serve the Health Law Offices of Anthony C. Vitale well when it is deep in the trenches of complex litigation,” said Ferrante.
Mr. Ferrante will be practicing in the areas of healthcare fraud and abuse, regulatory, internal investigations and civil litigation.
